Anthropic raised $65 billion in a Series H round led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, and Sequoia Capital, pushing its post-money valuation to $965 billion. The company says annualized run-rate revenue crossed $47 billion earlier in May 2026, up significantly since the Series G in February 2026. The round includes $15 billion in previously committed investments from hyperscalers — including $5 billion from Amazon — plus strategic semiconductor partners Micron, Samsung, and SK hynix. Compute expansion is a stated priority: Anthropic recently signed deals with Amazon (up to 5 gigawatts of capacity), Google and Broadcom (5 gigawatts of next-gen TPU capacity), and SpaceX (GPU capacity across Colossus 1 and Colossus 2). Claude is now available across all three major clouds: AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The investor list spans sovereign wealth funds (GIC, Temasek), major asset managers (Fidelity, T. Rowe Price, Baillie Gifford, Blackstone), and deep AI-focused funds — signaling broad institutional confidence. CFO Krishna Rao cited Claude Code and Cowork demand as key drivers.
