Anthropic has completed a $65 billion Series H financing round, pushing its valuation to $965 billion — just shy of a trillion dollars. The round was led by Altimeter Capital, Dragoneer, Greenoaks, and Sequoia Capital, and includes $15 billion from cloud providers, of which Amazon contributed $5 billion. CFO Krishna Rao disclosed that annualized revenue crossed $47 billion in May 2026, confirming rapid commercial scale. Funds will go toward safety research, additional computing capacity, and expanding the product portfolio — specifically naming Claude Code and Cowork as growth areas. Anthropic also signed capacity agreements with Google, Broadcom, and SpaceX for a combined 10+ gigawatts of compute, with semiconductor partners Micron, Samsung, and SK hynix taking strategic stakes.
